Before forming Minewell, Juliana worked as a JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley Investment Banker in New York, London, and the San Francisco Bay Area, covering Technology and Industrial companies.She has led 40+ high-profile transactions and raised billions of dollars in IPOs, SPACs, private and public equity and debt. She has also closed $15+ bn in M&A transactions across the US and Europe.Before Investment Banking, Juliana worked as a manager process engineer optimizing mining operations on five continents and doing business development for Metso, a large cap Finish Company. Juliana has a Bachelor's Degree in Mining and Minerals Processing from the University of Sao Paulo and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and advanced in French. She is an avid triathlete and runner.
